The Design Room
Meticulously curated designs.
Our carefully selected design schemes offer neutral palettes combined with complementary colors. These timeless looks exude quality and allow buyers to build upon and exhibit their own unique home style with color pops and accents.
Murray Franklyn draws its inspiration for its houses from its talented designers, who remain on top of the current trends by paying attention to client feedback, researching market trends, and working annually with our premier brokers to discuss the spec guidelines for our homes. Our designers also visit tile showrooms around the region and work with reps for availability and select manufacturers with US-based factories. They request a lot of samples and play with color and textures to blend within each scheme to create a cohesive look for the home. We have a vast style of homes ranging from Fresh Traditional to Northwest Contemporary, to Modern Farmhouse. We use only the finest quality craftsmanship to build luxury homes made for living.
Our homes all include the latest in design elements and custom finishes including quartz countertops throughout, beautiful tilework from top brands such as Bedrosian Tile, Daltile, and Arizona Tiles, and top-of-the-line appliances. Huntwood cabinetry, Engineered Hardwood Floors throughout the main level, fine millwork, main floor guest suites with private decks, mudrooms, 5-piece master baths, large, covered patios with skylights and outdoor fireplaces, laundry rooms on the second floor, gorgeous lighting fixtures, walk-in closets with built-in shelving and more. We have spacious floorplans and living areas that are open and practical for today’s lifestyles, including family rooms and recreation/media rooms.
