- Each neighborhood has two professionals, an account manager and neighborhood sales consultant available to support your sales effort. See Agent Listing.
- We will promptly reply to all your requests for information. When you request the builder addendums and sales documents, we will provide these as quickly as possible by e-mail, fax, or on site.
- We will be equally responsive with a reply from the account manager no later than 24 hours after the presentation of the full Purchase and Sale agreement.
- We will have a builder representative that will have the sole responsibility to be the liaison with you as the agent and your client from the time the Purchase document is complete through construction to closing. The builder representative after closing will introduce your client to the on line customer service option or consultant for the warranty time period.
- We will support you in each neighborhood with an investment in a model home expertly decorated to communicate the ownership experience. Open daily for your preview and showings, these models will have a memorable impact for you and your client. Each model will have a knowledgeable and courteous agent to help you on site.
- We have been loyal to the brokerage community and appreciate the tenfold agent support. Please feel free to provide us suggestions on how we can serve your real estate needs.
- We have and will provide a very competitive and generous selling office commission as we have for the last 41 years. We will also continue to provide incentives for you and your client on occasion for special events. Ask account manager for details.
